I called the business on 5/24/15 to schedule an appointment for a appraisal for a retaining wall. The man set an appointment for 5/25/15 between the hours of 5-6 pm. The man called back at 5:39 pm on 5/25/15. He stated he would not be able to make it before it gets dark and the appointment was rescheduled for 5/26/15 at 6:30 pm. The man never showed for the appointment or bothered to contact us to say he couldn't make the appointment. Guess our job was not that important to them.
Horrible, they advertise and I have a HUGE job, I called several times and they don't return calls. I was able to get a hold of them, they said they would show and they don't. Then they tell me they are 2 months out. What a waste of a company. UNPROFESSIONAL
