Overall good experience. Wait times were average. The staff I encountered were very helpful and professional. I believe their names were Rose and Patricia. I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend.

The reception staff was extremely unprofessional during my recent interaction with this office. My call was not acknowledged and was immediately placed on hold for long periods (about 10 minutes at a time). When someone finally answered, the attitude was very rude and dismissive. I was told the person’s name may have been Patricia, though I can’t be certain since the name was given to me by a coworker after my call was disconnected. My mother was a patient of Dr. Zahedi for approximately two years. She receives a time-sensitive injectable medication that requires periodic administration. Because her insurance does not cover the medication, we applied for assistance through the Amgen Safety Net Foundation, which requires routine documentation from the prescribing physician. To me Dr. Zahedi it's the best, I've been with him for more than 19 years and I believe he's an amazing Dr has treated me with kindness and very attentive to what I have to say... The bad reviews don't do him any justice because he's great.
