I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent care.Yes, the wait is long, but I still felt the care I received was worth it. If I could give this place a negative zero star I would. They suck. All the receptionists do is sit on their phones eat and talk to each other. They never answer their phones. They always have an attitude and you have to wait 2+ hrs to be seen. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor office. Don’t waste your time
I used to be a patient of the doctor Zahedi, and it’s true what people say—you have to wait hours to see him, yet if you arrive even five minutes late, they refuse to see you. The receptionists are very rude and don't know how to treat people; they answer very harshly. I changed insurance plans this year and called to make an appointment; I asked if they accepted the new insurance, and the person who answered said "no" and hung up on me.
