Mi doctora es Rosmery Pérez, muy profesional y amable, pero las señoras de la recepción no está capacitadas para trabajar en un lugar donde se ofrecen servicios de salud, es difícil comunicarse a la oficina y cuando logras hacerlo te ponen en espera sin siquiera decirte nada. Absolutely awful customer service. Phone rep was passive aggressive, refused to help with insurance inquiries, and then hung up on me.
What a bad practicioner he is. I went trusting he could at least help me and send me for a few hormonal tests, he refused. He's tremendously biased and full of prejudice against people. He blamed all my symptoms to depression and told me I should talk to my therapist. Mind you I do not have a history of mental issues, nor depression nor anxiety. Dr. Zahedi and Dr. Perez is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. However, their receptionist, whom I believe is named Rose, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. When I arrived, the office was completely empty, yet she already had an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. I explained that I had new insurance, but instead of listening, she kept cutting me off and dismissively told me to "hold on." The secretaries are so rude I'm waiting for more than 1.5 hours and they have a bad attitude I don't know why they give you an appointment and they make you wait more than hours
