Had a problem, don't know if it is their common practise, but saved alot of money by not trusting them and going elsewhere for my emmisins testing, Went there because it was close to my house , was told that some modular on my transmission was shot and they could fix it for $200.00, part was a dealer part and special order and I wouldn't pass emmisions unless I would have fixed this part. I also got my oil change today....got the price that was displayed ....so no complaints. i was happy with the service!!!!!
They have this big advertisement saying the oil change is $12.95 but when my niece went they charged her $18.95. When her mother called to complain they said, yeah...we charged her $18.95 for the oil change...we have to pay rent. She proceeded to tell him "well, my family and I were going to come to you for other services but you are giving false advertisement. He then rudely said, " I don't need YOU or YOUR family's business" I was apalled to hear about this since I was the one who recommended this AWFUL place to my sister.... read more
