Dr. Toome It’s an amazing dermatologist whom knows what she’s doing with no doubt. However, her clinical team and service desks are completely useless. Don’t expect a substitution for a prescription if it’s not cover by insurance since they’ll never get back to your pharmacy and you’ll just get stuck with what’s been approved until the next visit. Dr. Toome is an excellent physician, she is highly intelligent, interprets medical terminology and diagnosis thoroughly to her patients. Also shows care and compassion which in this day and age of medicine is almost non existent. She has helped with with my depression and anxiety due to cystic acne and treated the condition well, so that I regained my confidence after suffering with condition. Very unprofessional the way she handled my situation, I have Vitiligo which now I know thanks to another dermatologist it's helping me with my case. But when I went over there she just checked my face and didn't prepare me and told me... it's Vitiligo..you know.. Michael Jackson problem... I was in shock and and I started to cry.. she just walked out the room and the assistant was the only person the felt bad for me and hugged me.. I paid $100 for a 2 minutes visit and bad experience

I had a 7pm appt with Dr Toome there were ten people a head of me when I signed in. I asked the receptionist why did I make it appointment if this was the case? she said I really don’t know ....so I left.
