Well here I am again two yrs. later and once again I will say that ToolTime(Jim) is the best contractor in Sussex county. I have had him do several things for me in the past two yrs. The two more recent things that come to mind is that I had him replace a set of stairs in my home. Well he first wrote me an estimate for both things. The estimate showed how much it would cost plus the timeline of when he expected payment with each job. He listens to what you have to say and strives to please. He has great respect for your almighty dollar and does everything possible to get the most bang for your buck. Jim and his Tool Time Plus team are amazing. They were professional in every step. We added a front porch onto our home and it is well built. They are extremely neat and clean. Every night before they leave to go home, everything is cleaned up and all materials are put away. It didn’t look like a construction zone. They are very thorough and meticulous at a reasonable price. People who pass our home slowed down to look at his work.
