Nobody knows Jeeps better than Todd, and he's always super honest and very reasonable to boot. You know you're in the right place when you pull in first thing and there's five Grand Cherokees parked beside you. Cannot say enough good things about Todd and ToolTime! My wife and I were traveling from western North Carolina to Raleigh when our 2011 Grand Cherokee decided it needed a new radiator. It was late in the afternoon and we called Todd, after several dealers told us they couldn’t fit us in for up to a week! I went to Todd at Tooltime Jeep service for a lift and installation of new wheels & tires. I can’t say enough good things about this small family business. I like his honest advice, & if he does not know about something, he will recommend someone in the area that he trusts to go to. Would recommend to a friend. Just bought a Jeep from Tooltime Jeep, I am so grateful I found this place. Just a day after I bought it a sensor went out and needed replaced. I told them about it and they changed it out for me with no extra fee and even changed the oil for me while I was there. These guys really know what service is and how to take care of their customers, felt like family. I would recommend this place to any day. 10/10! Thank you again Tooltime Jeep!
Todd is fantastic! Unbelievable customer service. Went above and beyond discussing Jeep's and what I should do for maintenance on mine! He is the only one I will take my Jeep too.
