I had an issue with one of the toolboxes lids not closing correctly, I made a phone call to the warehouse and promptly told a replacement would be sent ASAP. To there word in a few days a replacement arrived. Very happy with there service and products
Purchased a Alloy tool box on 6/3/20 excellent quality & price freight with TNT also happy with price it arrived yesterday 10/3/20 would highly to give them both a go you won`t be disappointed. 10/10

I brought two open toolbox’s from tools in a box. when I got home I noticed that there was a dent in both the toolbox’s. I called them and let them know they were so apologetic about it and they personally drove to my house and swapped the boxes over them self. They were so helpful and nice! Definitely buying from them again 🏻
