Keith and his time always come out within hours of calling! It doesn’t matter if it’s Sunday night or a random Wednesday afternoon. They are quick, go above and beyond and saved us thousands!! Our AC was 2 years old when another company said we needed to replace it. Keith and his guys came out, put in a new part and here we are 12 years later with the same AC!!! Just had them out again a few days ago and running like a champ!!
I had another AC company quote me $1000 for a repair on a 2 year old unit that I was convinced should be partially covered by manufacturer warranty. I got on my community Facebook group to ask for advice and Keith provided help that was easy to understand and even checked the warranty for me. That earned my business. He came out and found it was only a loose wire BUT even if it had been the part the other company quoted, he could have bypassed it so we would at least have AC until it could be fixed.
