If I am being completely honest, my experience with this tool rental facility was lackluster at best. I came here with a friend to rent a Kubota compact tractor for a hardscaping job, and the older gentleman at the counter was quite professional, which is the reason I am placing two stars instead of one. However, once we arrived at the job site, I backed the tractor off of the trailer only to realize that THE BRAKES DID NOT WORK! NOT EVEN A LITTLE! This obviously poses a major safety hazard. One of the best Home Depots in the area. Great store layout, good selection of items, stock is kept fairly organized (especially plumbing section which is a nightmare in most other stores because people put fittings back in the wrong boxes and the staff just leaves it like that resulting it the customer having to physically check every item they grab, one by one) and employees are fairly knowledgable, for a box store. Tool rental section also has lots of available items in good condition.
