I have yet to rent a piece of equipment that has been properly maintained and in good working order. It takes phone calls and loading broken equipment back up to return for another that’s just as bad. Or worse yet, they don’t have a replacement so I have to rent something bigger and more expensive - that still barely works. To add insult to injury, they now do not take reservations, declaring all rentals first-come, first serve. They will not even help you connect the trailer to your vehicle, citing liability.
