Jimmy at tool rental guy is very very good. Best customer service thank you. Thank you.
Staff are awful, rude, lazy, and unhelpful. They leave the desk unmanned for long periods of time and act like you're inconveniencing them by needing to rent something. They'll leave you waiting there for 20 minutes only to tell you what you want to rent is not available. Won't be renting, or trying to rent anything from this location again.
