horrible service in the rental center. horrible man who sounds like from Middle East. I have rented the carpet cleaning machine before many times at Bristol circle store, but it's out of storage this time so I tried this store. when I return it, the man angrily said it's not clean. I said how about I clean it with tissue or with your tap water, he said no, you should clean it at your home, or give me $50 to clean it. never met before so unfriendly
