Terrible. Over priced. Price match wasn't available as promised by Walmart because it is a seller on the site. Ignored my request to cancel the shipment and shipped it anyways. I didn't even get a tracking number until AFTER it arrived. They Charge a $10 fee to print a return label. Return was received and has been sitting there for a week and they haven't even started processing the refund which takes 3-5 additional business days. Ordered two pair of speakers for my car on Dec. 24th. It's the 5th of January now and the order is still processing. I investigate further to find that the expected delivery date is January 15-20th. I wonder if the 30 days i have to return the product includes the 25 days it takes to get the product to me. If you are looking to order anything and get it this month i would go elsewhere. i just wish there was a way to leave no stars but unfortunately it forces you to click one star. I wish I could give them less than one star. This was the 1st time I used them. I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife on 12/1. I called to track the order severl times but, the customer service office wasn't availble on weekends or after 5pm. On 12/17, I called about my order and was told that it was cancelled because they didn't have the item. They never told me about it. However, they did refund the money. Thanks Tonz-of-you-know-what, for coming so close to ruining Christmas. There are so many online retailers out there.... read more
