Tim is the real deal. If you want to pay and get more then you pay for,,,, this place is it. I was raised in a garage. An ARCO station by the Canadian boarder. I was wary to bring a vehical into the city, well just because it was the city. Tim will do you right. Tim along with Darren who worked the weekend had it done two days early with no aff ons. Thank you MR. TIM.
Tim was working at the shop at the now defunct dealership where I bought my 2006 Ford Minivan. He always showed such consideration for my family and our vehicles that I followed him to Tool In Hand when he moved. My husband and I recently moved to the Frederick area and were dreading the task of finding a mechanic to take care of our aging vehicles. We originally brought our vehicles in just to get our Maryland state inspection but after bringing our cars to him for several other issues since we are happy to say that Tim and team are keepers!!! His determination to find and resolve the problem have been fantastic and far beyond our expectations!!
