Very unprofessional and unorganized. Ordered from tooka a week before I wanted to pick up. When I came to pick up my order they had lost my order confirmation and nothing was ready. They threw a bunch of stuff together and it was no where near what I ordered. I had purchased the silver box and they gave me all gold and none of the extras detailed in the description. I had to spend at least an hour the day before Christmas waiting for them to get my order right and in the end it looked patchy and terrible from them redoing it... read more
