Tooka’s thinks theyre better than their customers and makes wanting to send flowers to somebody a hell hole of coordination and money grab completely killing all joy from sending or receiving anything from the shop. We ordered and scheduled an arrangement about a week in advance, my receipt says 9am delivery. Tooka’s refused this and continued to push the delivery booking despite paying a delivery fee that was more than an uber to send them in.
