In 2015 we had the home appraised so we could get money out of the escrow to do some renovations. The home was appraised for $315,000. We had substantial, professional renovations done including a kitchen, full bathroom, new roof, new large deck with Trex. In 2017 we wanted to buy a vacation / 2nd home at the beach.
