good w/the front cnter, the Dr's and asst are ok and friendly. As far as the billing (Valerie) goes, that is complt oppo. I called to get a rcpt for my FSA acct at 0910. They said she was to be in at 0900, should be in shortly and let me leave a VM. At 1035 I called back and spoke to the most standoffish person I have ever met. Valeri/bill. At first she couldn't find the billing, even though I gave her a name,a date of service. She said it was BC I called her my kid, and she is NOT a kid She is 18!!! If I could give 0 stars I would....HORRIBLE! Do not use! I have never had such a poor experience with such an unprofessional staff. If it can't wait until the next morning go to the ER!
Tooele valleys spine center provided me with excellent service. The wait was quick and Dr. Thompson really knows what he is doing. I felt so much better coming out of the office and my lower back pain was gone 2 days later
