I have been involved with Valley Behavioral health for a little over 2 years now. When I started treatment for drug addiction I was lost and all over the place as far as mental health and my day to day life in general. Thanks to the staff and a couple therapists, as well as my fellow peers that suffer with the disease of addiction. Without the combination of everyone and their advice and vulnerability, this place truly saved my life.
I absolutely love my experience with valley mental health, they were always so reliable and so patient and understanding. Anytime anyone around me mentions therapy I recommend this place. Nicole and Shelly both always go above and beyond and there’s never been a time where I’ve felt like they haven’t actually cared. I feel like I wouldn’t have graduated highschool if it weren’t for them motivating me and pushing me. 10/10
My daughter has been a patient of valley for about 4 years now. Her counciler has helped her overcome so many things in the last few years from finding helpful redirection of her anger and anxiety to just having someone to talk to about her problems and finding healthy solutions to them. They even went out of their way to help my kiddo be apart of some free programs to help her channel her boredom into something good instead of going to pick on her siblings for entertainment. Highly recommend them to anyone.
I've been with this facility for years/since I moved to Utah, they helped me so much, even thru covid and up until I had to part with my therapist due to work and other things. The respite program was what helped me the most, the leader I had was also the head of the respite program, Shelly was a big part in my life, even up untill now, she inspired me to keep going and soon I'm going to be in college for cosmetology.
