Complete incompetency. Owner fails to recognize faults with service or correct them. Expects payment upfront for services before they are even rendered. Harasses for payment. They don't perform services to the expectations of the client. My advice would be to search hard for someone else.

Definitely an excellent experience and well worth the price! These ladies went ABOVE and BEYOND (cleaned our stove and all of the tracks in the window sills!) by doing a really thorough cleaning job!! They washed the walls, dusted the doors, cleaned the door knobs to cleaning out the kitchen drawers (which always tend to collect crumbs), wiped down the fridge, did an excellent job getting the hard water stains out of the sinks & showers!!
