They give resident that have lived here for years Used old nasty appliances instead of replacing them. Danielle and Julie are the main reason why so many people are moving out,they have horrible attitudes and treat u differently depending on how u look or ur sexual orientation. They fired the nicest maintenance worker and left Austin who has an incredibly angry face on all the time he never looks happy and makes it really hard to live here. Osten is an amazing maintenance guy! He is fast, dependanble and Tooele Gateway is lucky to have him.
I would just like to mention that the maintenance guys, Austin and David are awesome. They come when they're supposed to. They do a great job. They clear the snow. I see them out there. Working hard and they're always happy to be doing their work.
Compliments to the maintenance guys, especially DJ & Austin, for the timely work and professionalism they show during the visits to repair/replace items. Always friendly, informative, resourceful, respectful and diligent in performing the work on the apartment and cleaning up afterward. Refreshing to see someone take pride in their work. Thanks for all the other work you perform around the buildings. It certainly looks great!!
I have lived here for 6 years, and it’s been great they all work very hard to make the tenants feel at home, the maintenance workers are also very hard working especially David, he is very kind and everytime I see him he is working hard. Always made sure our maintenance needs were taken care of, and always communicates with us on how long something might take and the whole process.
