Unnamed female receptionist is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Additionally, Valley Behavioral Health lost my documents and I spent multiple weeks making phone calls and coming in person trying to locate them. These documents were supposed to be sent to the court and Valley Behavioral Health failed to due so despite having everything completed on my end. I absolutely love Valley Behavorial. They always been there for me. Even when I slipped up a few times, they never belittled me or gave up on me. Mike, is my therapist and he also helped me with my past PTSD situations. He talked me through it and how to not stress about it anymore. Plus the people here are really friendly. I highly recommend Valley.
they seemed wonderful at first as long as they were getting paid. when my Medicaid ran out they straight cut me off of all my medication & counseling . They refused to even let me speak to anyone and the manager of the operation told me to no longer call and bother them, that there was nothing they could do if I couldnt pay for services. without taperering me off of my medications or any counseling to help me deal with the sudden lack of 4 different medications. I have been involved with Valley Behavioral health for a little over 2 years now. When I started treatment for drug addiction I was lost and all over the place as far as mental health and my day to day life in general. Thanks to the staff and a couple therapists, as well as my fellow peers that suffer with the disease of addiction. Without the combination of everyone and their advice and vulnerability, this place truly saved my life.
