Waited over 3 weeks for glasses. No one called regarding delay...was just informed that the lab had quality issues and glasses had to be redone. Wasnt I so happy the lab caught its problem? Did not know when would be shipped. No offers to expedite the shipping! I will be going back to Costco for glasses...no problems over many years with their customer service!!!!
Doctor is realy good and very nice to me.Bat desk lady, I don't know her name and is not important to me. Bat ,make me very uncomfortable and sad.Doctor told her, my insurance pays my frame. And I asked her where I can look for frame what Insurance pays. I already have expensive 2 frames from there, sitting in my desk, and is not good for me.I need something simple for work, to don't care if I drop them or break. Dr. was pleasant & thorough & I love the price & style of frames. Didn't have a good feel from the start with optician Matt..fast talking telling me what upcharge extras are going in my lenses without asking first " I have you in Acuity HD Plus". They have 4 tiers to chose from to determine any extras one may need or want. I return next day to pay & double check my order.
