I wasn’t impressed. I got to my appointment early and they were still half an hour late getting to me. When they asked me if I would choose a pair of frames and type of lenses, they got super snooty when I told them I was taking my business elsewhere for that. They’re charging entirely too much and I’m on a fixed income. It’s too bad they’re the only optometrist that takes my insurance in my area and I’m stuck.

Where do I start! First impression and first interaction was horrible, not one person greeted me but they ALL stared at me, then the one blonde at the front was just very rude and extremely unprofessional, giving off very stuck up, bougie like vibes. Waited over 45mins for appt, not one person said sorry the doctor is slightly behind, nothing. But this white gentleman comes in and he is instantly greeted and waited on, so that pissed me off a lot. Then I get taken back to get the eye exam, doctor was ok. Mind you I work in a... read more
