I ordered the chicken pad see ew from this new location today and was disappointed to say the least. The Carrollton location pad see ew was spot on in flavor. The order I had today tasted burnt, very little chicken (more eggs and veggies, but generous portions of noodles) and did not have the pad see ew sweet soy taste, it was more on the Smokey and burnt side.
I visited the new Too Thai location in Frisco after hearing they opened a second location following their Carrollton restaurant. I tried the Tom Kha and Pad See Ew, but unfortunately the food was just average and didn’t really stand out. The noodles lacked meats & The flavors were okay, but I was expecting a little more based on their reputation. The service was decent, but it could have been more attentive and polished. This was about my fifth visit, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The food is consistently excellent, and I’ve never been disappointed. I always look forward to coming back!
The food was amazing, especially the chicken wings. The sauce was so good! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, although it was a little warm inside. Honestly, the food made me forget all about that. Our server, Molly, was wonderful. She recommended dishes that paired perfectly together, and every recommendation was delicious. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. You can really tell the restaurant trains its staff well.
Food is good but the server doesn't know any customer value worst people sorry.
