Too Many Toys has THE BEST customer service and the property is taken care of very well. Love that there is a private gate which makes me feel more secure knowing that it's not open for just anyone to come in and out, they have to have a code. Great location for us and again great customer service!

My husband and I have had a storage unit at Too Many Toys for nearly two years. I cannot say enough good things about them! It's a clean facility, and the owners are amazing to work with. Truly very nice people! I highly recommend their facility if you're in the market for storage in the Idaho Falls area.

My husband and I rented a unit and an outside spot. We let the lady know we were no longer going to be needing either of the spots after about 1 year or so of renting. She was always very nice but once we were no longer renting from them. They still charged us for then next month after we had canceled and she was aware. I was in contact with her for awhile…being told we would be refunded $100. I called again and she was very rude and said they didn’t charge us another month because it doesn’t show on their end. Tricia was very helpful. We were trying to work with a different storage unit and they would not answer our phone calls - even though they said they would be available. Tricia called us back within 1h and worked with us to accommodate what we needed. She was super helpful and helped us figure out everything last minute.
