He came out within a few hours of contact and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was able to get the parts and ready to go before the landlord could approve the work. It was completed and working great the next day. Highly recommend their service
Sergio just left my house and he was able to fix the issue in less than an hour which took another company two trips to diagnose and still did not fix. Sergio was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable in his trade. I would very much recommend using Too Cool Air if you have been burned by other companies.
