Never returned phone call. Guess he didn't want the work
Tony will literally rob from you. My wife and I paid this man $3500 dollars for Christmas decorations and lights. He painted such a grandiose vision of everything he was going to do and then NEVER even finished the job. In the end he came and took all the decorations down and held them as ransom claiming that we somehow owed him more money for them. We had literally nothing and he kept our $3500.
