These guys are great friendly and professional
Been conducting auto business with Tony for over a year - no problem until he switched out a transfer case for my KIA Sorento 2003 and held my vehicle hostage for 31 days with no loaner. Multitude of excuses to get sensor switch to work. Bottom line: he put in wrong transfer case, told us the vehicle drives in 4wd. We have no all wheel drive or 4WD at all. Took SUV to dealer and they showed me terrible things done under the vehicle. We are considering legal action.
What a pleasant surprise to deal with an honest businessman! I will take my SUV here for all service from now on. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got a GREAT deal on some maintenance work and Del even diagnosed my car for FREE. An also told me it wasn't needed for a while when ford kept recommending my the every oil change. I used Tony's for the 1st time. All of the employees are personable and professional. Tony did a GREAT job and even went above and beyond what I asked him to do. He made sure everything was working before I left. His rates are more than reasonible. I will be going back there in the future!
