As an educator who is not very handy on home repairs, I appreciate Tony taking the time to educate me on steps I can take to trouble shoot in the future. Last time I learned about another issue, this time a little more knowledge shared… Plus, I texted him in the morning and at first he said he could be here at 7pm, which was fine.
