Lived at 1708 8th st for 4 years. Half way through, it was bought by this poor excuse of a company. Took him 3 months to replace a broken stove. I had to threaten legal action for him to get off his butt. His lease violates state and federal renters laws. He doesn't repair anything or check on the property. He only wants the check. Speaking for 2502,2504,&2506 Lawndale ave he's a slum ass landlord he don't fix nothing who buys a building without fixing anything and say it's ok to move right in he just showed 2506 Lawndale ave to a lady today 8/2/2024 without even painting nor even trying to get it ready for the next tenant he do not deserve to be a landlord he will take your money and if u a day late he will serve u a 5 day notice what kind of shit is that he will never get a star nor a half of one from me but please watch out because he damn near owns... read more
This is a slum landlord, period. He lies a lot. He recently brought the property I live at. He will not do lawn care at all. I'm afraid of how I and others with navigate this winter in getting in and out of parking lot this winter so I and other can go to work. He has family member living at property so they are going to give him a good reviews. This is a warning he's a slum landlord. Don't rent from this person. He also own Sunrise restaurant out by Harrison Ave.
I wish I can rate this a zero! But long story short. Horrible company, rude/sexist owner. Bug Infested properties, that aren’t up to code. He a scam artist, and a thief!
The worst company to ever rent from. They do not fix anything and will not fix anything. I do not recommend ever renting from this slumlord.
