Supported them for 11 years—blacklisted after a charity donation for my wife battling cancer. I rarely write reviews, but the unbelievable pettiness and lack of basic decency from the management at Tony’s of Yorkville needs to be called out. Eleven years ago, my then-girlfriend (now wife) found a hair baked into our pizza. She politely called to let them know. They issued a refund, but we later found out they quietly placed her phone number on an arbitrary “do not serve” blacklist simply for reporting a legitimate issue. ... read more
