They don't hire enough people, and the people they do hire are terrible! I complained to the manager (Gary) that one of his employees claimed I ordered a slice and never picked it up when called (NUTS). She refused to give us our pie that we had waited for 45 minutes because she was mad a us. I spoke with the manager and he told me that they were really busy! I told him, I don't care how busy, you should not allow your employees to harass your customers. He said that I must of harassed her first. This response totally shocke... read more
