Really great beef; marbling, great flavor, yum!!!
On Christmas Eve, I went out looking for a butcher to get some oxtail in the gwinnette lawrenceville area around 4 pm. To my surprise, a lot of these places like to have their meat pre-packaged without customers being able to tell them how they would like their cut (Not reaI butcher like) and I went to at least 5 places and no no no. Tony's Meat Market is amazing. Not only is the owner Tony an incredible human, he buys some of if not the best meat you can get your hands on before you get into American Wagyu. He sells nothing but Prime Beef, but not just ordinary Prime Beef. He sells Certified Agnus Beef - Prime Grade. Not only does his beef have to meet the marbling grade for Prime.
