I found this hidden gem a few weeks ago and recommend it to anyone who likes good products and even better service. Tony is great and very helpful. Only sells top grade meats, so the quality is excellent. He is also willing to source items not normally stocked. My first purchase was the Springer Farms chicken and it was delicious. I ordered veal chops and they were even better! Can't wait to try the lollipop lamb chops I also purchased. Considering the crap sold at local grocery stores, shopping at Tony's is a no brainer!

On Christmas Eve, I went out looking for a butcher to get some oxtail in the gwinnette lawrenceville area around 4 pm. To my surprise, a lot of these places like to have their meat pre-packaged without customers being able to tell them how they would like their cut (Not reaI butcher like) and I went to at least 5 places and no no no.
