There are very few times in my life where I've had to deal with individuals as rude and belligerent as Tony Trigo. In fact, he's downright mean. Completely disrespectful and arrogant, Tony "informed" me that it's his "right" to waste as much of my water as he wants to maintain a lush, green lawn during a terrible drought (insisting on watering it for 21 minutes per week when 4 minutes would keep it alive).
