I have NEVER had a bad experience at Tony's Ice Cream. I make the trip from Charlotte because it is the best ice cream that I have ever had, and with such a variety of options. The banana pudding ice cream has to be one of my favorites, followed closely by their black cherry.
Tony's has been a family tradition of ours for 4 generations. I'll never forget our trips there as a child and will always remember how friendly the people are. I live in Louisiana now but try to never make a trip home without stopping by Tonys. — with Cheryl Phillips Mardis.

I grew up going to this place and love Tony’s ice cream, but when I’m served the wrong ice cream and go back to get it corrected and the employee argues with me on what’s supposed be in the ice cream than that’s unacceptable. Context. I ordered chocolate peanut butter ripple and was given Reese’s ice cream, there is a difference and the employee argued with me that there wasn’t.
