I am a New Yorker. I am extremely fussy about my pizza (or so my husband informs me!) I just happened in to Tony's, craving pizza and hating the California version. Tony's pizza ticked all my boxes: great hand tossed crust, freshly made not frozen like chain pizza, wonderful sauce but not too much of it, great cheese, great toppings (read, canned mushrooms not fresh, using fresh results in raw mushrooms on your pizza.
