Asian Fusion is spreading across the East End of Long Island quicker than you can say Sushi. It has taken on its own personality. The fusion of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai Menus along with the oriental atmosphere has people talking with their chopsticks. Sushi is taking the Hampton by storm. Soke`and martini's make for great Happy Hours and after Dinner socializing. The Tony's Have done it again! Congratulations on their Grand Opening in Westhampton Beach and coming soon some great pictures of the social scene.

Our server, Sophia, had to check if they had an IPA, I suspect she may be new. She was very attentive and helpful. Our orders came quickly, and mine was on a hot dish, which kept my food hot. We sat looking out of one of their few windows. The interior is dark, but each table has a lamp on the table to see the menu. My partner enjoyed her red wine and her meal.
