Awesome and amazing place!
Great customer service. My review is for customer service alone as I ended up deciding not to replace my transmission. Had an old Lexus whose transmission went out. Tony’s Foreign Cars was one of the only ones who was able or willing to quote me on the work it would take. Angela priced out some options as to what we could do. I ended up deciding to sell the car as is rather than put more work into it. That said, I really appreciated the efforts they went to and the polite, helpful customer service.
A bad Monday started my relationship with this repair shop. Not one vehicle but two broke down and were towed to the shop that day. Gus was straight with me about both vehicle's repairs, the woman working there was welcoming and kind and Tony himself took the time to answer my questions about what happened, how I could look out for signs of trouble before a tow and how more life can be added to my older vehicles. I was back on the road Tuesday!
I was there with a friend, a coworker, who's been doing business here and only here since she moved to Castle Hayne. The owner actually works there along with his daughter and a few others. They were polite but didn't mince words and helped her come up with a solution that fit her needs. All in all it was a good place for her jaguar
The service is excellent. They don't promise anything they can't do. They back up all their work and if you schedule your appointment and give them time they will give you personal assistance and take their time understanding what the situation is with your vehicle and what you need. They also sell cars that are quite rare and good as well. I happily drive 90 minutes from Myrtle Beach to get my work done there. 👍
