I love the food at tonys..don't get me wrong but often times I call our order in to go and they either put you on hold and forget you or they have their phone off the hook and can't get through..my order takes just seconds and no more fooling with me til it's picked up..to go customers leave tips too we shouldn't be ignored!!!
Service sucks!
Service and food quality have gone down rapidly over the years. Can't seem to keep staff. Have heard management impossible to deal with. I have noticed food never really the same twice. And rarely good. Not recommended.
Food was delicious, malts are decadent, service was impeccable (especially our server, Ashley Marie). Definitely will return Thank you 😁
