I live in Houston and occasionally stopping for a meal at Tony’s in Sealy, today as I was eating a woman came in with cakes and pie, I was appalled to see that she was caring them open into the restaurant to be put in the display case, they had absolutely no covering or cover over the top of them at all. This means the pies and cakes rode in this persons car exposed to the dust in the car, then they were carried without a cover from the car (open air), then the parking lot and then into the display case.
