Worst pedi I've ever had. She messed up the polish when she was putting my sandal on so had to "re-do" the polish on several nails. Got polish on my shoe, didn't wait even a second before applying a second coat of polish on the redone toes. Then put a top coat on totally wet nails. Then took the cotton out between my toes and said I was done. Needless to say, there is polish all over my skin, polish is smeared since it never had a chance to dry. This cost me $40! Ridiculous! Never going back
I have never had a bad experiance at tony.... i went there last week. I had ro go to the soctor 3 days later because i got a infection in my big toe. I had to be put on steroids for it. Im not happy at all 75.00 later and now a doctor bill and meds. Not happy
Take a trip to Legend Nail Spa next to HEB in Lake Jackson if you feel just like any of the dissatisfied customers thats written on the site. Legends does a great job and has wine too!!
I have now been disappointed twice by the same spa. Now I have cuts on my feet which I felt her cutting into my toes with her nails yesterday. I called this morning Bc as I get out of bed I see this sore spot and it hurt to the touch her fingernails dug into my skin. I call tell them I do not want a refund I do not want anything free. went there to day with Dawn Blevins (daughter in law) we loved our pardise pedicure and medicare, loved that place but we really LOVED the FRUIT PUNCH with WINE anyone know how they made it, i need that recipe
I went in today to get the gel off my nails and replace the gel with polish. The young man scraped the gel off with an industrial Emory board. Then rather than put cotton soaked remover on my nails he had me put my hands in Acetone. I received a crappy manicure For Sure. Not a happy camper as my polish is already chipped and peeling!
Usually a hit and miss, this time a definite miss! Nails to think and I ask her to fix them and of course she couldn't but I think she was ready for lunch because she kept taking about her spaghetti.
Awesome!! Spoiling and pampering is what it is all about!! Trent does my toes and nails and does a fabulous job!! Love, love, love Tony's!!!
