I brought my bike in because the rear brake wasn't working. It took him seconds to reconnect it, but I had no clue what needed to be done. I then told him that when my chain was on the largest gear it made a grinding sound. He looked at it, made an adjustment and it works great. All this and he didn't even charge me. When I need a tuneup or any other work done, there's no question as to where I'll bring my bicycle. They are extremely helpful & trustworthy.

I've been a customer for 6 years, all The employees have always been helpful and friendly. Hands down the best bike shop around.
If you want great service and want to walk away feeling satisfied and not like you've been had, this is the place. I've been in many shops all over the east coast and none of them can compare to Tony's Bikes. If I need a part when I'm not in CT Mike M. ships it to me within a great time frame. I am pleased to say I've had amazing service inside and outside of the shop.
The only shop that I will go to with people who can help you with years of experience. Come from Fairfield just for their assistance.
I have been in this shop several times over the past few years. Tony's bikes and sports is a top notch shop. They have everything you could ever need and a staff that is friendly and knowledgable. Bikes at any price point and for any skill level rider. This is a very busy shop yet the staff takes time with each customer and makes sure they are getting exactly what they want and need. Thank you, guys, for the rush job on my husband's bike yesterday (getting it assembled and out the door so quickly for him). We are loving the new rides! As long as you sell Giants, we'll be showing up once in awhile...and I absolutely love my new Liv Tempt! So nice to have a bike that really fits!! Glad Giant made a woman's bike finally, and glad you had them in your store!
