Waited twenty minutes for a pizza and the owner walks in sees someone and gives them her pizza even though she ordered a minute before he walked in, I then tell him and he didn’t even know he has three or four people in his lobby that had been waiting there for much longer then her. If you want repeat customers make sure to treat them like it on their first trip. I’m not one to post reviews but when you see a rude fuck up in front of your eyes and with people waiting not cool. Love Tony’s Big Cheese. I get their stuffed cheese bread which is delicious.
I don’t know if it’s under new owner ship because I didn’t see one person working there that I’ve seen before. The guy in the back making the pizzas would put pizzas up that we’re done but wouldn’t call out the persons name. Peoples pizzas were piling up on the rack including mine. I had to go up and ask if my Pizza was done and I wasn’t the only person who had to. I love tonys but please be making sure peoples orders are getting out to them, not just sitting there.
