I got my haircut from here first time my experience was good but yesterday i visited here again and i had a very bad experience… as the lady was in hurry and cut my hair so quickly and they were all up and down. Wasn’t in any shape . And as i had already short hair before still they charged me the same price which was way more expensive from what i got …. I will never go back here …. So disappointed
Savy was AWESOME. Very friendly, kind and took me in after another salon dropped the ball with my appointment. 10/10 will not go anywhere else going forward!
I’m still relatively new to Canada, having moved here from Britain three years ago. I’ve tried a few of the salons in Oshawa Centre, including Curio and Chatters, and another one that I understand is owned by the same group. An AMAZING lady by the name of “Mary” was absolutely exceptional. Mary went over and beyond to tending not just me but both my daughter’s. Being in customer service for over 35 years, Mary exceeded expectational customer service. We originally had a last minute appointment for one of my daughter but took myself and my other daughter and did an absolutely amazing job with “all” our hairs... We love our hairs! Worst experience ever! Showed my inspo picture and ended up with the most awful hair! Charged me $250 for the service and thinned my hair! My hair has different colours from all the products they fried toning with! Please to anyone contemplating booking an appointment here please dont! They were trying to wash and tone my hair with so many different products that my hair is so fried and damaged! Absolutely awful experience. The first picture is what Savvy charged me $250 for.
