An AMAZING lady by the name of “Mary” was absolutely exceptional. Mary went over and beyond to tending not just me but both my daughter’s. Being in customer service for over 35 years, Mary exceeded expectational customer service. We originally had a last minute appointment for one of my daughter but took myself and my other daughter and did an absolutely amazing job with “all” our hairs... We love our hairs! Worst experience ever! Showed my inspo picture and ended up with the most awful hair! Charged me $250 for the service and thinned my hair! My hair has different colours from all the products they fried toning with! Please to anyone contemplating booking an appointment here please dont! I’m absolutely horrified by what stylist Emma did to my hair. This was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. She thinned out my hair so aggressively that it feels like half of it is just gone. I never asked for that, and I made it clear I didn’t want too much taken off. She did it anyway, without checking in, and completely ruined the texture and volume of my hair. On top of that, she left the dye in way too long.
