Updating my review: I don’t know what happened between my first visit and my second, but I won’t be returning to this location. My appointment started almost 30 minutes late, which I initially didn’t mind, but it ended up setting the tone for the entire visit. My first appointment involved transforming my virgin hair into a full red/pink balayage with lightening, toning, and a haircut, and it took nearly six hours. I had such an amazing experience at this salon! The Receptionist, Allison is truly incredible at her job. She was so polite and helpful and recommended me the best products. She is organized and extremely knowledgeable. Emma was amazing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered professional advice, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I have had Cassy doing my hair. She is sooo talented. I love her
Mervat coloured my hair from red to light blonde. She did such a good job. She also did my hair for my wedding. She is really fast, super experienced and friendly. She accommodated me and gave me exactly what I wanted while helping me to be realistic. Would definitely recommend. Shout out to Mary, who also helped out and was really nice.
