I’m absolutely horrified by what stylist Emma did to my hair. This was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. She thinned out my hair so aggressively that it feels like half of it is just gone. I never asked for that, and I made it clear I didn’t want too much taken off. She did it anyway, without checking in, and completely ruined the texture and volume of my hair. On top of that, she left the dye in way too long. SKY is absolutely amazing! She’s the only stylist I trust to bleach my hair, and she never fails me. Every time I leave her chair, I feel so confident and beyond happy with my hair. She’s incredibly talented, professional, and always knows exactly what I want. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair and makes you feel like your best self, Sky is the one!
