I can't rate Tonya Taylor a ZERO. I wrote her because she is primary care medical person for my 80-year-old sister with dementia. My sister is cared by her son who in providing very little fluids or food to my sister, and allows her to sleep continuously. She is taking six different medications with compounded side effects including 3 times recommended dosage of Prozac. She is bathed in filthy bathtub. Finger and toenails are not clipped.
