Dr. Adams is great but the scheduling for procedures is terrible. No one ever picks up the phone. You have to leave multiple messages and then no one still calls you back! What’s the point of utilizing the practice if there isn’t follow through or you have to spend too much time trying to schedule a simple procedure!

I had an appointment set up for consultation well over 2 months ago. I had taken off from my work ( I am a dentist and for me to take off is difficult because it affects many other people as well as my own patients) . When I did not get any paperwork or confirmation email or call, I decided to call the office before driving all the way there only to find out my appointment was cancelled due to a conflict in Dr. Adams schedule but they never called me to inform me or email me so I could plan on working or whatever else I need... read more
