My appt was @ 9:50 am and it's 10:36 am and I am still waiting for procedure..my shot didnt happen until 10:50 am...I couldn't wait 10 minutes because I had another appt that I couldn't miss. The tech was rude and said I should have rescheduled. Poor time management...it's all about money...Dr Dismore is great but scheduling is broke...If I was late ten minutes you would have rescheduled me. But you were late over an hour and it's my problem...poor customer service... Scott Kaminsky
Not to happy was a few minutes late to and 8:00am appointment was up on the hill behind looking for there building when I went in the recipients said because I was a few minutes late she took me off the book I looked at her watch and it was 8:16am I admit that's late however every other doctor clinic I been at has a 20 MINUTES late but no they don't have a window and if the doctor s like the receptionist l dam sure don't won't to be seen thier I rate it no more than a 2 that's a shame they treat som... read more
Today was my first appt.i am very happy with the service I received.from the moment I walked in I was received with every one smiling and saying hello.i seen Shellie and she was great she listened to me and showed me she really cared.i would recommend any one to go here.im really glad I did
