I am deeply concerned by how children are treated at this office. The staff is far too rough with young patients, and it is extremely distressing to witness. Children are given injections for cavities without being offered gas or any other form of support to help keep them calm. I strongly believe that a 5-year-old child should never be subjected to an injection in the mouth in the same manner as an adult. This experience was traumatic, and no child should be made to endure that level of fear and pain

The staff is very unprofessional. My son had an appointment. I was running late so I call them and they told me I can come on. We get there and sit down 15 mins... only for the lady to come to the window and say we can't see you all today because you're late. Well dam I called and you all said come on in. I left work and drove all the way to louisville for Bs.. why say come if you know you was not going to be able to see us today. Bad Management and listening skills.

Dr. Gunby and her staff are extremely kind and make you feel at home. However, their time management skills are greatly lacking, so be prepared for that. I would recommend her as a great practice for general cleanings, fillings, etc. But, if you’re someone who has had or needs major dental work done, she’s not it.

Scheduled appointment for a 6 year old. Told them over the phone she had a cavity and it needed filling. My child missed a half a day of school and I wasted a day taking her there for them to tell me that they don’t fill cavities. They offered a referral. They also called CPS because I left instead of taking their referral. Horrible Experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Waste of my time, my child’s time, and CPS time.
