I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. Communication was consistently poor — calls and emails often went unanswered for days or longer, leaving me feeling completely in the dark during critical moments of my case, the firm pushes you off to another attorney in Atlanta GA if you have a GA case while making you think they can handle it. I met with Attorney Craft on behalf of my brother on short notice. I really appreciate her willingness to sit with me on Sunday afternoon and listen from start to finish, regarding the unfortunate situation we were in. She took notes and asked questions that I hadn’t even thought of yet. Unfortunately, we did not retain Attorney Craft because my family is in Georgia and my mother decided on another attorney for that moment in time. Thought things were going to go good when I heard back from them and they got information they needed and then stopped communication. I recently called back we will see what happens
