Dr. Lai is the reason I stay with Sutter. I highly recommend him.
Dr Lai is great. He really listens and does not rush. I find that he is very thorough and explains everthing in detail.
While Dr. Lai is not my primary care physician, he was the first available appointment to see me. I found him to be very courteous and professional. He was able to take care of my need in one visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lai.
