Very unprofessional. Definitely seem money hungry. We took our Tiguan in for an oil leak issue assuming it was the drain plug, so we requested a new drain plug and oil change. They let us know it was our lower oil pan leaking. I texted back we no longer request services to be done (we found a cheaper mechanic shop) and didn’t want an oil change to be done just for it to leak out. Horrible service. No aloha. Didn’t pass my dad’s safety check for a streak on a windshield. Tech wanted him to pay $49 for new wipers and because of that while doing an already expensive oil change he did not pass the safety check. Don’t go here. What a waste of time and money! My dad kept buying VWs never again. Trying to take advantage of the elderly.
